CDA-Creative Dialogue Association is a private, independent and not-for-profit association, based in Barcelona. CDA has the objective of promoting creative dialogue among various creative disciplines in order to bring forward a new space of creativity and interchange between creative sectors in different countries that can be reflected in their cultural and economic life.

Now in its fourth year of operation, Tashkeel is recognized as a unique resource for artists and designers of all nationalities living and working in the United Arab Emirates. The studios in Nad Al Sheba and Bastakiya provide extensive specialist facilities, exhibition spaces and the opportunity to interact with other creative people.
The Spanish Designer Josep Basora designed the image of Design Road Dubai 2011. “We wanted an image that symbolizes the meeting, dialogue, brotherhood. We believe that tea time met all of these concepts into one, and a teapot was the perfect synthesis for this moment. We draw the teapot using the same modules that make up the identity of Design Road.”

Design Road is a road that takes a group of internationally renowned designers from different disciplines to several countries. The map of the route passed over Damascus, Amman and Manama.
For the first time , Spanish leading designers and artists shared their knowledge and expertise in a unique event encompassing Seminars, an Exhibition and Workshops from the 18th of July 2010 till 5th August 2010.
It is intended that the road passes through countries where local designers seeking opportunities for improvement and updating of their skills in order to give new support that will help them in playing a wide variety of design issues in their countries and always with the reference of the European design.
Design Road consists of three main activities:
1 The design workshops aimed at local artists and designers.
2 The collective exhibition of European designers participating in the road.
3 The conference of designers to the general public in the visited country.
Workshops will be in:
Inteiror Design ,Graphic Design, Cultural Design, Advertising Design, Windos Design, Flower Design.
بمبادرة من جمعية الحوار الخلاّق في برشلونة و بدعم من وزارة الثقافة الإسبانية . و بالتعاون مع نادي المبدعيين في مدريد وبدأ مشروع درب التصميم، و هو عبارة هي رحلة يقوم بها المصممون و المبدعون الإسبان من مجالات عدة إلى : عمان - دمشق- المنامة بقصد تبادل الخبرات مع غيرهم من المبدعيين من تلك الدول ، معاً في حوار خلاق مبدع . فعاليات درب التصميم هي : 1-محاضرات حول الإبداع و التصميم بشكل عام 2-معرض عن التصميم في مجالات مختلفة لستة مصممين إسبان3- ورشات عمل للطلاب و المصممين المحليين - ورشات عمل درب التصميم هي: تصميم الديكور تصميم الغرافيك ،تصميم الزهور،تصميم واجهات المحال التجا رية ،تصميم إعلاني و تصميم ثقافي. و يشرف عليها مصمم أوروبي مرموق، تستمر أسبوعاً كاملاً بمعدل 20 ساعة مكثفة ، تتضمن دروساً نظرية و عملية -. و تهدف الى خلق بيئة إبداعية جديدة مبنية على تبادل الخبرات بين المصمم المحلي و المصمم العالمي. درب التصميم فرصة نادرة للتحاور بين المصميمن العالميين و المصميمن العرب ، و ذلك لدعم ثقافة التصميم في البلاد العربية و رفدها بسبل تطورها

Under the motto trash is beautiful, LeFreak began its journey in artistic design in 2000 with a twofold purpose: to reuse objects found in the street and to construct hybrids. Over time, its work has appeared in areas as diversified as window dressing, the creation of functional and artistic objects, the development of special items for the cinema, theatre, television and advertising, as well as in interior design projects.
Pablo Juncadella and Marc Catala have worked with Pablo Marting and Fernando Gutierez at Grafica- Barcelona. Durring he period 2003-2005 they were in charge of the art direction of the British Newspaper the Observer. for more info.
